Summary: The pool is out of service also the hot tub. The breakfast is very sparce. Had to wait forever to check out( no employee at the counter). There were 2 couples who just left because they were done waiting.

Summary: I booked this hotel for the pool. When I arrived, I was informed the pool was closed until further notice. When I first arrived at my room, I noticed the multiple stains and sticky areas located on the carpet. My bedsheets were also stained. On my first night, the AC unit only blew out warm air. It was summer temperatures outside at the time of this review. I had to unplug the unit and plug it back in several times until the cold air came through.

Summary: Should have known this place would be bad right when I walked in the lobby to check in. Guy at the front desk was dirty and unfriendly. The hallways looked dirty. The room was very rundown. I would have asked for a refund had I booked directly with the hotel. Even so, I almost just left after I took a shower. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
